LGV / HGV Training Further Information
The following is based on an individual wishing to obtain their category C (old Class 2) vocational LGV Licence
.
Before you are able to start your LGV Training you will need to have a medical, after your medical you will then need to send off for your provisional LGV Licence. Dont worry we have an approved Doctor and the forms you ll need to complete to send off for your provisional LGV Licence .

When your provisional LGV Licence is back you are able to take your LGV Theory and LGV Hazard Perception tests, also known as Module 1. If you passed your car driving licence after January 1997 you will be required to undertake the Initial Driver CPC Module 2 training and test. Again, there's no need to worry as a professional South Yorkshire LGV Training school we have the courses and expertise at hand to get you through all of this.

After passing the theory side of the HGV Training you are then ready to undertake the practical training and test, this is known as Module 3. We train you on a 1 to 1 basis in a full sized vehicles so when you pass your test you will all ready have the knowledge of driving a truck that is used in the Logistics world.

If you passed your car driving licence after January 1997 you will be required to undertake the Initial Driver CPC Module 4 training and test, we have everything here at our Rotherham, South Yorkshire LGV Training Centre.
